RESIDENTIAL SERVICES Community Support Services operates four (4) group homes offering an array of choices for persons with developmental disabilities. Each home provides a warm, caring atmosphere for anywhere from six (6) to eight (8) individuals in a home-like setting. These homes are located throughout Jasper County. The homes provide 24-hour a day trained staffing. Staffing levels are based on the needs of the individuals residing in each home. Individualized Supported Living (ISL) is a form of residential habitation that allows individuals the opportunity for community living regardless of the severity of the individual's disabilities or challenges. Individuals may live alone with their family or guardian or share a living arrangement with other individuals with developmental disabilities. The residence is owned or leased by at least one of the residents or the family of one of the residents. Supports are individually designed and coordinated to enable each individual to reside in the community. Services include:
