GROWING OPPORTUNITIES AND LIFE SKILLS (Known as our “G.O.A.L.S.” program)

This program offers a wide variety of age appropriate activies designed to promote growth and independence. Programs range from Art and Craft classes, to classes about Building Personal Relationships.

WEEKEND AWAY PROGRAM (Known as our “Short Term Community Living” program)

This program offers a chance for adults to spend time away from their family support to work on skills needed for independence.

IN-HOME SERVICES (Known as our “Family Solutions” program)

This program offers staff support to adults in the comfort and security of their own home.

These programs provide staff support up to 24 hrs a day, thus allowing persons with disabilities to remain living in their own home and be active participants in the community.

COMMUNITY LIVING SKILLS

Our Community Advocacy Support Program (CASP) offers services in the community and in your home to assist in developing essential life skills necessary for independent living. Trained staff work one on one with you to develop your individual life skills that may include skills ranging from making healthy lifestyle choices, maintaining a home, or managing a budget.

SUPPORTED LIVING

This program offers highly qualified and trained staff to provide support based on each person’s unique needs.

  • Support provided for people in their own home.
  • Up to 24 hr a day based on need.
  • Assist with all aspects of independent living from cooking to budgeting.

GROUP HOME LIVING

We have two group homes in Jasper county that specialize in caring for individuals with increased medical needs.

  • Each home can support up to 6 people.
  • Staffed with highly qualified and trained staff 24hrs a day.
  • Nurse support available 24hrs a day
  • Each home is equipped with a State of the Art Lift Systems for safety.

IN-HOME SERVICES (Known as our “Family Solutions” program)

This program offers staff support to Adults in the comfort and security of their own home. Provides assistance with daily household actives and personal care.

TRANSPORTATION

This program provides residents of Jasper County transportation to and from work.
