CSSMO Targeted Case Management Services

Community Support Services of Missouri is pleased to announce that we have begun providing case management services through agreements with Missouri Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities. We are working with the Joplin Regional Office service coordinators to transition individuals to their new case managers. Currently we have ten case managers working in six counties and our goal is to have the transitions completed by the end of May. We are also in the process of organizing a stakeholder advisory council to discuss any issues, concerns, and suggestions about our services in these areas.
We are providing case management services in Barry, Cedar, Dade, Lawrence, St. Clair, and Vernon Counties.
