Executive Management Committee Functions:

  • To conduct all general and executive agency business between board meetings
  • To monitor the fiscal status of the complete agency
  • To review all insurance/risk management and employee wage/benefit plans
  • To hire and/or evaluate and review the performance of the Executive Director
  • To appoint Ad Hoc Committees as needed or required
  • To coordinate all annual planning, budgeting and committee work

This committee is chaired by the President of the Board of Directors of CSS.

Organization Development Committee Functions:

  • To annually review and evaluate the agency mission statement and by-laws for accuracy
  • To recommend any changes, corrections or additions to the agency by-laws
  • To review and recommend agency policies
  • To provide assistance in coordinating annual planning, budgeting and committee meetings
  • To oversee Board membership and officers
  • To provide and recommend Board Members, volunteers, committee support for all standing committees
  • To assist and provide a list of nominations for officers for the annual meeting
The President of the Board of Directors of CSS will appoint the committee chairperson.

Program Evaluation Committee Functions:

  • To review and conduct a needs assessment for all current programs and/or services
  • To review Quality Assurance Reports and review adequacy of all CSS facilities
  • To assist with the study and recommendations for new programs
  • To assist with the evaluation of all CSS programs and services
  • To appoint and assign specific responsibilities to the Family Advisory Council
  • Review results of satisfaction surveys
   The President of the Board of Directors of CSS will appoint the committee chairperson.

Resource Development Committee Functions:

  • To assist and coordinate all annual fundraising and volunteer planning
  • To assist with donor and volunteer recognition events
  • To provide feedback on effectiveness of all development efforts
  • To provide and approve an annual Resource Development Plan
  • To assist and coordinate efforts to enhance agency image in the community
  • To assist in the areas of Public Relations/Marketing for the agency
   The President of the Board of Directors of CSS will appoint the committee chairperson.
